How To Measure Your Size
EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
- You have 14 days to notify us that you wish to return the items from the date of delivery and a further 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We will arrange a reverse pickup for you. We do not charge extra or debit any amount for reverse pick up.
- The pick-up be will attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
- For COD orders, a coupon code will be provided in the span of 5 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered e-mail address/contact number.
- INR 100-150/- are applicable for exchanges and COD orders depending on your pin code. We have unlimited exchanges available for you.
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition that it was shipped to you. If the products are returned in a poor condition or have clearly been worn then we will not be able to refund your money.
- Kindly allow 7 days for the returns to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
- Payments made with COD option WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AS YOUR ORDER VALUE WHICH CAN BE USED IN UNDER 14 DAYS FROM THE ISSUANCE OF THE COUPON CODE

- Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
