Likes: The product quality and fit were good, and the designs were nice. However, the overall experience was overshadowed by the extremely **** customer support and unresolved refund issue.

Improvements: Improve your customer care system. Being unreachable when customers face billing issues is unacceptable. Clear exchange policies, transparent payment breakdowns, and responsive support are essential. No customer should have to chase a brand for days just to get a refund that was wrongly charged.

Good Products, But Extremely **** Customer Support – Very Disappointing Experience

I’m writing this review out of complete frustration because this seems to be the only way left to communicate with the team.

While the products themselves are decent and the quality is fine, my experience with customer service has been extremely disappointing. I was wrongly charged an extra ₹1,050 during an exchange due to what appears to be a system error. The exchange initially showed zero balance, but later I was forced to pay the extra amount at delivery because no one from the support team responded in time.

I have been calling continuously for the past few days, sending emails and messages, but there has been absolutely no response. No calls picked up. No email replies. No assistance. Nothing.

It’s very concerning that a brand can process orders and send automated review messages, but cannot respond to genuine customer issues or refund incorrectly charged money.

To anyone planning to shop here, please be cautious. The products may be fine, but if you face any issue, you might struggle to get proper support. You could even end up paying extra due to internal confusion and receive no help afterward.

If anyone from the Freakins team is reading this, I request you to please contact me and resolve my issue immediately. I am simply asking for the refund of the extra ₹1,050 that was wrongly charged.
