Good quality stuff but Size Issue

The pant is definitely good but the slit on knees are at way too below knee level for an average Indian guy, only the 6ft tall guy can wear it, which is why I had returned it but it’s been too long that I haven’t received the refund. Even the refund status at website doesn’t seem to work. I request to refund it immediately and fix the website, there sre so many problems.
