- We offer 14-day no-questions-asked returns/exchanges on both Prepaid and COD orders.
- Shipping charges not to be refunded for any orders.
- Shipping of INR 100 will be deducted from refund when returning a product. Although, if you opt for a gift card - we shall give you as a loyal customer gift card 150 INR additionally with 100% refund.
- Gift cards are reusable.
- Exchanges are free up to 2 for an order. Over that shipping fee of 100 INR per exchange to be charged.

- Prepaid order, you'll get a refund on your original payment mode within 5-7 working days after pickup.
