What should I do if I receive a wrong delivery or need to make a return or exchange?

We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please head over to our app for any exchnage/return requests. Once the order is picked up, you will receive a coupon code within 72 hours. Use this code to place an exchange order with us following the same procedure mentioned above.

My amount got deducted while placing an order and the order did not get place either, what should I do?

The amount deducted will be reflected back to your original payment mode within 5-7 working days.

What is our refund policy?

  • We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return/exchange policy for both Prepaid and COD orders above INR 1,700.

    Returns/exchanges are not permitted for products valued below INR 1,000.
    Products priced above INR 1,700 are eligible for a single return, processed via a Gift Card (GC).
    Refunds for COD orders will only be issued through a Gift Card.


Are there any products that cannot be returned or exchanged?

When purchasing, check the product's service policy. Any item marked as 'No return/exchange available' can only be returned or exchanged if a wrong or defective item is received.


How long does it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, we ship it within 24 hours. It takes up to 5-7 working days for the order to be delivered.


Do you charge for shipping?

Yes, we do have shipping charges based on the order value. For orders with a value of Rs. 999 or below, a shipping fee of Rs. 100 applies. Additionally, for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, there is an additional shipping charge of Rs. 201.


Can I edit my delivery address or cancel my order?

After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email on your registered email address. In this email, you have the option to edit your address or cancel the order. However, once the order is shipped, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to the delivery address.


How do I use a coupon code?

To use a coupon code, please follow these steps while placing your order:

  • Go to our website.
  • Add the desired product to your cart.
  • While checking out, enter the discount code in the coupon section.
  • Proceed to complete your order.

 

What if a product is out of stock?

If a product is currently out of stock, you can subscribe to the website by clicking on the "Notify me when available" option. We will notify you once the product is back in stock.


Do you give reimbursement for Self Shipping charges?

In case the reverse pickup service isn't available in your pincode, you can self ship your product. We provide reimbursements only up to Rs. 200 for any self shipping charges incurred. We advise our customers to use online return form given in our Return/Exchange policy. For any help, please reach us at 07969066900. We'll guide you through the return process.

Are there any special discounts or offers available for first-time buyers at Freakins?

Yes, we do offer a special discount for our first time buyers. However, this discount is only available when you purchase through our app.
