Terrible experience

The denim quality is okayish, doesn’t look very similar to what shown but what disappointed me the most is your RETURN/EXCHANGE services. The jeans doesn’t fit and I wanted to a size up but guess what? They has been 0 response from all of their support channels and the contact numbers shown, simply don’t work. What do I do, make a DIY crop top out of it? People pay for your clothes, the least you could do is provide a good service or atleast respond! So before you order, THINK TWICE MY CUTIES
